Underwater Technology Foundation
We have entered into an agreement with the Underwater Technology Foundation (UTF). Our intention is to contribute to the common development of both organisations.
UTF is a non-profit organisation aiming to spread information and enhance expertise on subsea technology.
Central to the agreement is the collaboration on a well-known feature of the subsea industry in the Bergen area; the Underwater Technology Conference (UTC).
Scholarship
UTF and NCE Subsea have agreed to cooperate on UTF’s scholarships. The scholarship shall contribute to increase the level of competence in the field of underwater technology, and stimulate students and experts to educate themselves on underwater technology.

UTF and NCE Subsea have also established an annual award; Best Student at Bergen University College, Bachelor in Subsea Technology – Maintenance, Modification, Operation.
Subsea Index
NCE Subsea has taken over UTF’s database Underwater Technology Network. The database is further developed and is now named Subsea Index. Go to Subsea Index.
The database has information about companies and organisations related to subsea technology. Subsea Index is open for registration of all companies that supply products or services to the subsea industry.
