NCE Subsea shall contribute to the strengthening and internationalisation of the subsea industry in the Bergen region. To achieve this we do a number of activities which are organised into projects.
We have defined three core activities and three supporting activities.
By core activities we mean focus areas that are central and essential to the long-term development of the subsea cluster. It is within these areas products and services are developed and commercialised.

By supporting activities we mean areas that are important and to some extent essential to the development of our core activities.
Our supporting activities;
Some of our projects are defined as lighthouse projects. These are projects of great strategic importance for the long-term development of the cluster.
Lighthouse projects usually have a focus group consisting of specialists who give advice on projects and prioritise activities.
