Our projects and activities on Recruitment and Competence
Bachelor’s Degree
We were a driving force in setting up a bachelor’s degree in underwater technology – maintenance, modification and operation. The program was established by Bergen University College in 2007, in close cooperation with regional industry.
Master Programs
We have also contributed in establishing master programs in Underwater Technology and Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Develop SME as suppliers
We contribute to the development of small and medium sized enterprises as suppliers. Our measures are based on the need to increase the companies’ expertise.
E-learning for schools
We work with an interactive learning program based on practical tasks from the subsea industry. The program is tailored for different subjects and grades. This shall contribute to increased interest in sciences in general, but has a particular focus on tasks from subsea operations.
