| The Norwegian Centres of Expertice Program (NCE) is established to enhance sustainable innovation and internationalisation processes in the most dynamic and growth-oriented Norwegian clusters. The program supports long-term development processes in the clusters based on collaboration between industry, R&D and the public sector. | The Bergen area is an attractive place to live, work and establish new businesses. In collaboration with Hordaland County Council and Municipality of Bergen, NCE Subsea have produced a film to attract foreign labour to local industry. We have also prepared a brochure on the same theme. The Brochure and the film complements each other, but can also be used separately. (Download) |
